SEWU successfully concluded its participation in the 2026 Regular Admission University Admission Information Fair, held from Jan.2 – Jan.3 at COEX in Seoul. The fair brought together a total of 27 Colleges nationwide, including five colleges(universities) from the Seoul and ten colleges from the Incheon and Gyonggi regions, offering prospective students and their parents comprehensive admission information.

The event took place from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Rooms 317 and 318 on the 3rd floor of COEX, and was designed to provide customized counseling and guidance for applicants preparing for the regular admission cycle. In particular, one-on-one consultations with university admissions officers and free application submission support (excluding some institutions) attracted strong interest from on-site visitors.

Targeting prospective students and parents, the university provided in-depth explanations of the curricula, distinctive features and career pathways of its newly established and integrated departments, including the Department of Business Administration and Taxation, the Webtoon Department and the Department of Liberal Studies. Through these consultations, applicants were able to gain firsthand insight into admission methods by department, course structures, practical training facilities and employment-linked programs-details that are often difficult to fully grasp through online information alone.

Soongeui Women’s University has been actively engaged in a series of admission fairs, including the Susi (수시,Early Admssion) Fair at Hanyang Women’s University, COEX and Kyungbok University , demonstrating its ongoing commitment to proactive admissions promotion. This regular admission fair further served as an opportunity to strengthen communication with prospective students and parents.
Meanwhile, a representative from Uway Apply, the organizer of the fair stated, “This event was designed to allow students to directly explore the educational characteristics and career directions of colleges on-site,” adding that “it will help applicants develop admission strategies that take employment into consideration, based on the strengths of colleges(universities) such as practice-oriented class and industry-linked programs.”
